Grafana
Grafana is a multi-platform open-source analytics and interactive visualization web application. It can produce charts, graphs, and alerts for the web when connected to supported data sources.
As a visualization tool, Grafana can be used as a component in monitoring stacks, often in combination with time series databases such as InfluxDB, Prometheus and Graphite; monitoring platforms such as Sensu, Icinga, Checkmk, Zabbix, Netdata, and PRTG; SIEMs such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, and Splunk; and other data sources. The Grafana user interface was originally based on version 3 of Kibana.

WordPress is an easy to use content management system (CMS). It’s broadly used on the internet to facilitate websites for organizations big and small. Additionally, it is well documented, along with a huge ecosystem of extensions to allow its use publishing personal weblogs to large consumer websites.
Drupal
Drupal is a content management system (CMS) for websites. It is extensible, and at times overly complex. However, it does provide functionality not found in simpler CMS like WordPress.
There are two variations of Drupal, the more simplistic Drupal CMS, and the base Drupal Core for advanced use cases.
